These reservation conditions and other informations before you confirm your reservation and Privacy Policy , Website use conditions  will be applied while you make your reservation by using one of our internet , our mobil website or our application.

Please read carefully   Reservation Conditions that explains our rights and liabilities as well as important a few rules .

In this Reservation Conditions , the statements have been used such as  ‘’ You’’ and ‘’Your ‘’ by means of involving the person name given while booking and all people who is booked on behalf of their name.

The first person who booked  the reservation accept the followings on behalf of the people in reservation list.

The person who read the Reservation Conditions and accepted to obey these rules .

If  the person is major ( completed 18 age ) , the person declares that he/she and all people together with the person are in suitable age to get this service . And the person also accepts the financial responsibility to pay the booking fee on behalf of the people in reservation list .

 

1- Reservation

When you book the room , please follow the instructions on the website. It will be essential that you have to provide your credit  card or bank card information in order to process your reservation. 

Please check the details of your reservation information before you confirm your reservation request. In case of you did not give true information , we will not have any responsibility for your reservation cancellation or  delay.

The tying agreement will be sent you with the approval number when your reservation details are confirmed . When you receive the agreement , please check and in case of you think any mistake in the agreement ,  please contact us immediately . Otherwise , it might not be possible to be changed later. 

Our rights which are declining  a reservation and rejecting the confirmation are  reserved.  

 

2- Pay for your reservation

The payment can be made as cash or by credit card at Acer Living Home.

Depending on booking type , it might be requested you to pay all reservation payment during the reservation . In this case your all booking fee might be withdrawed from your debit/ credit card in any time between your reservation  time and your hotel enter time .

In case of you do not complete the payment during the reservation , upon your arrival the hotel you will have to complete the payment .

In case we do not receive the complete payment in time , we have a right to consider regarding you want to cancel the reservation. In this situation , we have a right not to refund the payment made before . Besides you will have to pay the cancellation fee which is declared you during the reservation.

It is necessary  that you have to pay your  optional expenses such as mini bar , additional food etc. to the hotel directly. 

 

3- Charges & Prices

The conditions for your booking fee and payment , changes and cancellations might be change depending on your room , booking type and other factors . During the reservation , these conditions will be declared you. Please do not forget that all rates are limited in stock .

Our prices are based on the dynamic pricing model  and defined by each hotel depending on the reservation type as seperately. Therefore, it might fluctuations depending upon the supply and the demand . Your booking price will be confirmed as soon as you made the reservation and in case of the price fluctuations  it will not be changed between  your staying and leaving date . Please check the prices during the booking .

Unless otherwise specified , the additional services are not included in price. The tourist tax that specified in the prices page must be paid to directly the hotel except the online payment that includes the tourist tax.

The prices might change depending on the currency and the exchange rate difference . the prices converting into the foreign currency is for information purpose. This is non-binding. The currency confirmed in the reservation is guaranteed. ( If the currency is different from the currency used in the hotel , the potential exchange tax will be under client’s responsibility )  If the payment will be done on the arrival or on the leave and the client’s currency is different from the hotel’s currency , the rate given by the hotel might be different from the rate given during the booking because of the potential difference between the booking date and staying at the hotel date .

Our rights which is amending the mistake in website and confirmed price both are reserved. As soon as we notice the mistake , we will take the necessary action.

Your confirmed booking’s price will be considered for correction of VAT change , other changes which are mandatory by the government  or currency rate changes . And finally we have rights reserved in order to reflect these changes into your booking price as increase.

Some promotion offers on the website are sold only by internet and they are not valid at the hotel’s reception by no means.

 

4- Accuracy veya trueness

We endeavor to provide the accuracy of the prices and all information in our website . But sometimes it might be changes or mistakes . In this case our rights for amending the prices and other mistakes are reserved . You should check the updated price and all other details of your reservation before you book. 

 

5- Amendments made by you

If you would like to make an amendment on your reservation, you need to follow the method showed in the booking confirmation. We will try to help you but we might not meet your amendment request always. In case of any amendment made , you will be under the responsibility of the additional charges.  Please check the special conditions that are declared you during the booking.

 

6- Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your confirmed booking , you should follow the method showded in the booking confirmation. Please do not forget that some reservation can not be refunded after the confirmation in case of  cancellation. If the reason that you declared us for your cancellation is in the frame your insurance policy , you can want back these charges.

 

7- Returns  veya Refunds

If you decide to check out before your actual check out time , we are not obliged to refund the cost of rest of the days of your reservation and other costs .  Depending upon the conditions , such returns and refunds might be included in the scope of your travel insurance. We suggest you that you declare these kind of requets direclty your insurance company.

 

8- If we cancel your booking

If you do not make all necessary payments for your reservation in full and on time, or if you violate the material provisions of the Booking Conditions, we may cancel your reservation at any time with immediate effect by written notice (including e-mail). The legal rights and measures we have as a result of break of contract are also reserved.

We may need to cancel your reservation in exceptional situations due to compelling reason (force major)

If you have made the payment of your reservation , we refund you the payment  or  if you have not paid for your reservation , you are not asked to pay.

We are sorry that we can not to cover the costs or losses  you sustain a loss as a result of the cancellation or changes

As used in this clause, 'Force Major' refers to any event that, despite our attention and care we could not foresee or prevent and, as a result, we are unable to provide you your room. These events include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, terrorist activities causing civil strife and their consequences, or the threat of such activities, riot, intervention by government or other regional and national authorities, including port and river authorities, industrial disputes, closure of entries and exits, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, chemical or biological disasters and adverse effects of weather, sea, ice and river conditions and similar events beyond our control.

 

9- Insurance

We strongly recommend you to buy personal travel insurance for you and others togeher with you. Being sure if the insurance is sufficent for your special needs  is under your responsibility.  The insurance policies are not  checked by our side.

 

10- Special Requests

If you have a special request , please let us know during the reservation. We regretfully inform that despite we will try to meet your special requests regarding the hotel , it is not guarantee to be met these requests by us or the hotel unless the meeting of the special requests are not specified in written through a special approval.  Stating of your special request on your confirmation or on an other document  or declaring of your special request to the hotel are not an approval to be met your request.  To not meet your any special request will not be accepted for  a breach of the contract by us unless the request are specially confirmed.  It is not allowed the reservation is made under the condition being  met any special request

 

11- Disabled guests and guests who has medical problems

Please inform us about all details in written before the booking in order to be checked the room’s suitability if you or anyone together you  have a medical problem or disability .In any case you must give the details in written during the booking.  We have right to reject the reservation in case  if the hotel service has difficulty to meet the needs of related person and we have also right to cancel the reservation when we noticed the details  if the all details are not given during the booking.

 

12- Complaints

Please inform the hotel  manager immediately  if you have any complaints , the necessary measures will be taken at once. If your problem is not solved or you would like to move your complaint forward, you may reach us by info@acerlivinghome.com.tr     with your all informations and room number  in 7 days from your check out date. In the light of these informations your problem is detected promptly and  the necessar answer will be given you without any problem.

 

13- Behaviors

When you booked your room , you accept the damage or loss responsibility coming your side or the one together you .  The cost of such damage or loss should be paid  fully and immediately to the hotel . Otherwise , you are responsible for lawsuit , case and consequences including your and anyone’s together you all judical costs. The hotel’s right is reserved to end your or the one’s together you accommodation if the hotel decides you display an inappropriate behavior. In this case , it will not be refund at all. Besides , both we and the hotel are not responsible for paying any compensation or your cost and expenses. 

 

14- Our liabilities

On the followings terms , we do not accept any responsibility and pay any compensation regarding wounds , sickness , loss of life, damages , harms , expenses and other demands  

Behaivor of the person effected or neglectfulness of the person effected  / persons

The third party’s behaivor or neglectfulness who is not related to the accommodation or can not be predicted and prevented before .

The abormal and  extraordinary situations and case that we can not control  in despite of  all attentions and cares.  In addition the cases or events which are impossible to be predicted or prevented.

Whatever the reason , On the followings cases the compensation quantity which we are responsible to pay is limited:

 

(a) On the other demands including Suitcase and/or personal things missings and/or damages and sickness : the highest compensation quantity that we will pay to your side can not exceed the insurance policy per person for these kind of loss. Because , it is accepted that you have a appropriate and adequate policy to meet such losses.

 

(b) The demands that are not included in the scope of above ( a) article and do not involve wound and loss of  life : the highest compensation quantity has to be paid can not exceed the double amount of the person or on behalf of person.

 

You have to declare your requests by obeying to the letter the procedures  of complaint explained

When any payment made ,  the person (s) or the parents or the person must transfer the rights which are for third party and  also help and support regarding the neccessary issues needed by us or our insurance company.

 

(a) Based on the information provided by you before booking but which we have not yet accepted, we will not be liable for any loss, damage, expense or other claims that we cannot foresee that you will suffer as a result of our breach of contract between us or  related to any trade.

We will not be responsible for any services or facilities not covered by the contract between you and us. Excursions or other tour programs which you book or pay for during your stay at the hotel are not included the scope of the contract between you and us. 

The pictures on our website are not obligatory .  We will effort  for that the pictures, graphs and texts  reflect the accommodation presented you properly  . However these visual images might be difference as a result of change of the furnitures and decors or restoration.

The bridges used during the reservation can provide connection other websites . We do not accept any responsibility for these website’s content or the services providing in the websites.

 

15- Disagreements

Our guests , firsly should apply the hotel  for any conflicts or disagreements to be solved. In case of disagreement in 60 days , the guests can directly  contact to our headquarters  through info@acerlivinghome.com.tr

 

16- Changes in the booking conditions

This reservation conditions can be changed by us any time  and/or made additions. In this situation, the new version of the booking conditions will be published on the internet  immediately and applied for all our clients automatically.
